Citrix, which is new to the Top 100, has embraced the value of remote work. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company shifted its own long-term remote work strategy to ensure its workforce was equipped to meet the needs of not only its customers, but also its workforce.
“We are excited to be listed on the FlexJobs Top 100 list this year. As pioneers in digital workspace technology, we have always supported remote work through the necessary tools to work and collaborate securely in any work environment,” explains Steve Nguyen, Vice President and General Manager of Public Sector at Citrix.
“This year has taught us that, above all, enabling a workforce that is healthy in both body and mind is key to business continuity plans. Though we cannot predict the end to the COVID-19 crisis, nor the beginning of the next, we understand that successful remote work strategies can help mitigate the impacts,” Nguyen concluded.
